Welcome to the Lancashire Automobile Club
Established in 1902 the Lancashire Automobile Club (1902) Ltd is the second oldest motor club in the UK dedicated to the interests of motorists in the region. Organising both motoring and social events, the LAC has something for everybody, from car runs (touring assemblies) and static shows to the Annual Dinner Dance and Triennial Sportsmans Lunch.
Events
The Club has its own road events including organizing the Illuminations Rally in the 1950’s and 60’s as well as the Demdike and New Year Rallies. With the tightening of road event regulations the Club has moved to Veteran Vintage and Classic events in recent years.
